After a delay in order status & response time, the seller determined that the particular product I ordered (Bushnell sports radar gun) was back ordered and not available.
The seller was kind enough to substitute the original piece with an upgraded product.
The upgraded sport radar gun is awesome, and I am a pleased customer!
